How EXPERIENCE Your First Knife Got Started

I've been a knife maker... 🔪

... for a really long time. Ages ago, I posted a few videos, thinking they might help people. People started sending me questions. At first, I answered them all, but it takes a really long time to give a good answer to even one question, let alone a whole bunch of questions ... every day! I just didn't have to answer them AND make knives. So I got started on YouTube. That was pretty early - back in 2009 - and have made a lot of content.

It sounds kind of crazy, but recently my sister, who helps me out part-time, told me that I have

OVER 561 YEARS OF VIEWS on YouTube!!

See, I thought that putting all that content out ... FREE ... meant that everybody had everything they would need

to make a knife.

🔥I WAS WRONG! 🔥

Every day people ask me how to get started, if I can teach a class, where do they begin ... they're overwhelmed and frankly, a little lost about how to go about it.

Like you, these people love knives. They are meaningful to them. Maybe they like to hunt and fish - maybe they just remember how it felt when their dad looked down at them ... and passed on his first knife to them.

It became their first knife.

SO many people have the interest, the desire.💕

They want to BE a knife maker. They want to say, "I am a knife maker."

They want to feel the pride that comes with

making something functional, something beautiful.

Something iconic.

🤔 That got me thinking ... there must be a better way ... a more complete way ... to teach people, especially if they are far away. From what I was hearing, people needed more structure, more tools, more help, more support to stay on track and FINISH that knife!

But everybody needs something different. What I need isn't what you need, so I thought ...

I better just ASK people. 💡

A whole bunch of people like you sent in video applications to explain what was getting in their way of becoming a knife maker. I selected a small group of Founders to help me, and for their time, they're getting in free to this first ever time the course is being offered.
